Sherri is a real pro, on top of every detail from start to finish. Communication was great, Sherri is totally reliable and provided excellent information and good advice throughout the process of selling my home. While there are many factors at play in any sale, I would like to share that my townhome had a full-price offer in 2.5 weeks. It took my neighbor who had the pretty much the same floorplan a year and two agent changes. Another property in my neighborhood has been for sale for many months without result. Having a savvy agent like Sherri using good marketing skills made a big difference to the speed and success of my sale.

Sherri understood our needs and was quick to find us the perfect home. My dad was in a situation where he needed to move closer to me. Sherri knew what he wanted and his budget and narrowed it down to 5 places to look at this way he wasn’t overwhelmed. My dad chose a place the same day and we put in a fair offer. The offer was excepted. This is where Sherri went above and beyond she was with my dad and walked my dad through every step during closing make it easy for my dad and carefree. She was even there during the closing. She asked all the questions and made sure that closing was a smooth process from one house to the next. She even worked with my dad’s title company that was closing on his old house to make sure the funds were transferred and available.
